I know it’s September 1st and there are pumpkin recipes everywhere you look, BUT it’s also Labor Day weekend and that calls for firing up your grill and eating something refreshingly cold because it’s still 100 degrees outside people!! This Triple Berry Oreo Icebox Cake is the perfect dessert to share this weekend! Not only is it red, white and blue for the patriotic weekend festivities, but it’s cold and refreshing too with milk drunk Golden Oreos, cheesecake pudding, fresh berries and cream! It’s pretty darn amazing.
Start by making your Oreos milk drunk. Dip in milk for few seconds, don’t let them sit too long. They’ll soften plenty, trust me.
Pour half of your cheesecake pudding on top of the Oreos and spread evenly.
Then add sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries.
Top your berries with Cool Whip and spread evenly.
Repeat the steps. Dip Oreos in milk.
Spread remaining half of cheesecake pudding on top of Oreos.
Sprinkle fresh raspberries and blueberries on top of pudding.
Finally, spread Cool Whip on top.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
