This spicy sausage and red pepper quiche is a hearty way to serve breakfast or brunch to your family. Packed with hot sausage, red peppers and cheddar cheese- you’ll have the men singing your praises with this one! I know from experience, trust me.
Yes. I’m posting another quiche recipe because I just couldn’t wait to share this one with you too! This recipe flew off the table on Saturday when I served it after my son’s baptism to about 60 people. The men, specifically, went crazy for this quiche. It has all the right ingredients that speak to a man’s heart- spicy sausage, peppers and cheese, lots of cheese! While eating this quiche, I had people asking if they could take me home to cook for them. LOL That’s ok, I have enough mouths to feed in my own home! I’m tellin ya, if they thought they weren’t quiche lovers before, this recipe will change anyone’s opinion. It’s makes for a delicious breakfast or brunch, but I don’t stop there… I serve it for dinner too! It’s not too spicy that my kids won’t eat it. Even my 2-year-old devours it. And it’s easy to alter to make GF! Just omit the pie crust and bake in a pie plate and you have yourself a gluten free version. Easy!
