Soon, very soon, I will need to make two pies to fulfill the triple helpings everyone has when I make this recipe. Right now I can get away with making just one chicken pot pie since my children are still small and my husband doesn’t partake (he has Celiac’s). My kids litterly jump for joy when I tell them I’m making pot pie for dinner. It’s a good feeling knowing they will ALL go to bed with full bellies. There always seems to be an infamous picky eater. Having five kids, you just cannot please everyone every night. With this recipe though…I can!
