Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

May 23, 2015 by Dangerously-Delicious.com

If you’re still boiling your corn on the cob, stop! Oven roasting your corn is waaaaay better. It’s crisp, tender, sweet and juicy every time! Perfect right from the oven, just grab and go.

Corn on the CobIf you want perfect corn every time, then you have to roast your corn on the cob in the oven. Stop guessing if it’s done! Just slice your butter into thin pads. Place 3 pads on top of the corn and add plenty of salt and pepper.

Perfect Corn on the CobWrap tightly inside aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

Oven Roasted Corn on the CobThat’s it! You’ll have perfect buttery, salty, crisp, tender, juicy corn on the cob just like that! You’ll never go back to boiling again.

Dangerously Delicious

My name is Crystal Dangerfield and I am so excited to bring you tried and true recipes that my whole family and I enjoy together. I love being in the kitchen and trying new recipes. Of course we have our favorites, but my kids are pretty good sports about trying new things. I refuse to buy ready-made frozen meals and refrain from fast food. My kids do not know what a “happy meal” is and I want to keep it that way! My husband was diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease several years ago and I have had to learn how to alter recipes into gluten free versions that the whole family still loves.
