Being that we’re in the month of May and approaching swimsuit season, this meal is a definite keeper to help you watch your waistline and meet those goals of getting fit. I say this as I just polished off a batch of peanut butter n’ oatmeal cookies with a tall glass of milk! Ugh. I have goals of looking good in a bikini too! Just not right this moment.
