Every time I serve this light and fluffy dip, I always receive rave reviews. It’s so easy to dress up with cute seasonal dishes or serve inside a carved pumpkin. I honestly can’t tell you which I like to dip more- the apple, gingersnap or wafer. They are all amazing and accent the many different flavors found within the spices of pumpkin pie. This recipe only takes about 5 minutes to throw together. It does need to be chilled for a couple hours before serving, so prepare it ahead of time or even the night before.
