It’s a perfect combination of Rosemary, Marjoram, Thyme and Savory. Do not… repeat… DO. NOT. make this soup unless you have bought Herbes De Provence. It truly makes ALL the difference! Cut down on the prep time by buying a rotisserie chicken to shred and toss in. Leftovers are delicious and you can even freeze it too!
