Ok and so GF eating topic has been the thing over the last two days with Crystal in the sentence ..I am excited to know that someonelse out there shares the GF option where health depends on it.I was recently diagnosed with Hashimotos after Gluten exposure and antibodies killed my thyroid.It was shock to know I had to make quick adjustments to my diet to literally save my life.I too am a Reg Nurse in the Icu and word got out about your blog..thanks Laura ..thanks Jackie!!!i could go on and on..I look forward to checking out the recipes for (my hubby to be /cook) to make for the family !

Well, not sure if the last post went thru, so i am trying again. My batter turned out to be really thick, is this normal? Looking at other recipes, they use 1 pudding mix and more liquids. i sure hope your recipe is correct otherwise i have a mess on my hands. please verify that the ingredients are correct. thank you!
