Not to make you jealous, but we picked these mangos right off the tree in my parent’s backyard. Some of them were the size of my 3-year old’s head! We pick mangos from their tree every year and never have I seen them THAT big. I brought home 6 mangos that were perfectly ripe and ready to eat. Thus this dessert was made! It is super delicious, especially with the coconut cream. We were eating spoonfuls straight from the bowl. You definitely want to serve this one cold, but I don’t recommend leaving it overnight. The juice from the mangos make everything extra soggy if left too long. I recommend chilling for 1 hour and then serving.
