This slow-cooked Bronze Seasoned Pork with Red Chili Glaze is super easy and insanely delicious. It’s both simple and elegant- It’s simple enough for a weeknight family dinner and elegant enough for the main course of a holiday gathering.
One of my children has a thing about dips and sauces. He refuses to eat them. He won’t touch ketchup, doesn’t put syrup on his pancakes, hates sour cream, stays away from gravy and, of course, wouldn’t even try the Red Chili Glaze for this pork. Ugh. I keep telling him he’s taking the fun out of eating! In the meantime, his other 6 family members are sittin’ over here make’n up for his loss! This Red Chili Sauce was no exception. Where’s the straw?!
I totally fell in love with this recipe. So much so I made it 2 nights in a row. Lol It was incredible! It was super easy too! Just measure out your seasoning, rub it on the pork and let it cook in your crock pot. Make the Red Chili Glaze 15 minutes before serving and that’s it! It’s sweet and perfectly spicy. (All 5 of my kids ate it without a complaint of it being too spicy btw) You’ll LOVE this one.
