Not ready to say goodbye to Summer? Make this super easy, 3-Ingredient Limeade! It’s a mouth watering, thirst quenching, nonalcoholic beverage you can make for your weekend bbq or as a fancy “after dinner” drink (also known as dessert ;). No squeezing limes, no blender and no mess! Just simple deliciousness.
As much as I loved summer vacation with the kids home, it was REALLY hard to blog. Trying to keep 5 kids occupied, fed and out of my hair to cook and take pictures was nearly impossible. I don’t ever remember it being that hard in the past. Granted, I’ve only been in the blogging world for a couple years. Having a “real” job as an RN, a working husband that pulls 24 hour shifts, a side business of custom woodwork, 5 kids and daily household duties can add up if you’re mom and put yourself last. Blogging has become such a part of me. I feel like something is missing when I don’t do it. Having the kids back in school now means I get a little “me” time. Thank GOODNESS!! Trying to be a fun mom everyday is exhausing. Cheers to 6 hours of babysitting the kids being back in school and getting an education! 😉
This super easy drink quickly became one of our favorites this summer. We drank it at the pool and also used it as a dessert. It’s super quick to whip up and is absolutely delicious! Serve it over ice or add it to the blender to make it more slushy-like. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
